Located in central Brighton, our bright and airy office space brings contemporary design to a characterful and historic setting. We are a welcoming creative hub for people to work, grow and connect.
These stylish workspaces are set towards the rear of the building and look onto a large private yard, meaning you can enjoy a peaceful setting to focus, while still being in the middle of the action of the busy south lanes – perfect for meetings and public transport access.

“Having office space at Fabrica allows us to connect as a team outside of the zoom meetings that are such a part of our daily life and space to focus on our work. The location on Duke Street means there’s the opportunity to eat and socialise in the heart of the city, not to mention the chance to take a walk along the seafront just moments away. Working here gives an effortless link to what’s happening locally.”
