Located in central Brighton, our office space combines contemporary design with characterful and historic setting. We are a welcoming creative hub for people to work, grow and connect.

Fabrica is a unique venue which offers opportunities to be creative, develop practice and engage with art. We present a year-round calendar of artistic programming including film screenings, talks, group discussions and community led events. We also deliver a programme of creative workshops in community settings across the city that support learning and increase wellbeing.

Developed in 2016, our modern offices were designed by Brighton-based architects Morton Scarr and provide a bright, airy workspace which connects seamlessly to our site, a beautiful former church. These stylish spaces are set towards the rear of the building and look onto a large private yard, meaning you can enjoy a peaceful setting to focus, while still being in the middle of the action of the busy south lanes – perfect for meetings and public transport access.

Our affordable workspaces are available for short- and long-term hire, at just £11.50 per desk per day. One full-time desk space costs £250 per month average. We have a maximum of 12 workstations in total. If you require more than one desk for your team, we will do our best to arrange seating together.

Please note:

  • Due to the nature of historic building, our office spaces are not wheelchair accessible. Our ground floor gallery and toilets are wheelchair accessible via a ramp and we are committed to increasing accessibility across the building, and our organisation, wherever we can.
  • This space can only accommodate computer-based work.

Meeting Room

Our bright and airy upstairs meeting room can be hired by both tenants and non-tenants looking for an affordable meeting venue in the heart of Brighton. The space can accommodate six people comfortably around an oval table, and a large screen is available for Zoom calls, presentations, etc. Meeting room hire is £15 per hour for external hires, with a 50% discount for tenants.
