Join professional artist Lynn Weddle, who will guide the children through simple clay techniques to create their very own shooting star, decorated with glitter, colour, and festive flair. Children will also be invited to think about their wishes and add them to their star through drawings or writing, making each piece truly personal.

This workshop is for children aged 5-9 years and takes place at Fabrica, an arts venue in a beautifully transformed former church. The space will be twinkling with festive decorations, sparkling lights, and joyful tunes to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.

All clay stars go home with your child at the end of the session—we’ll provide bags for easy transport. Aprons are included, but we recommend wearing clothes that can get a little messy.

Parents are welcome to leave children to enjoy the session or stay and soak up the festive atmosphere. Take the chance for some last-minute holiday shopping nearby, or relax at Fabrica’s charity cafe, where hot drinks and mince pies will be available.
